Recreational Gymnastics

If you love to be active and make new friends, then this is for you. Different rolls and jumps are just some of the fun new skills you will learn on the bars, beam, horse and floor mats. Our instructors are highly qualified and have been teaching children gymnastics for many years. You will also receive a certificate at the end of each session which shows your progress and the level you have achieved. Suggested attire: Shorts, t-shirts, body suits, leggings and bare feet. Please bring your own water bottle.

C100 (Girls-Only), C102 (Co-Ed) & C104 (Girls Only):
4-6 Years (Must be four years old by start date)

C101, C103, & C105 (Girls Only):
6+ Years

CARTWHEEL CLINIC 101 & MORE (Girls-Only Specialty Gymnastics)

C106 & C108 | 5 - 12 Years | Sunday | 12:30 - 1:45 pm
C107 & C109 | 5 - 12 Years | Sunday | 1:45 - 3:00 pm

The girls will chose the floor skills they want to work on , eg: Cartwheel, back walkover, etc. using mats and steps. Classes are small with individual attention given to each student. Class size is limited to 10 – 12 children. Please bring your own water bottle.
